He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Manav Bharti University, Solan (H.P.), a Master of Arts in Economics from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the same university. Additionally, he holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with distinction from Ch. Charan Singh University. His academic pursuits also include a Diploma in Professional Retailing Skills from Image Boosters, Ghaziabad, and he has qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) with distinction in December 2015.

With a total of 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Vijay Verma has held various leadership roles in the education sector. Prior to joining Astron College of Education, he served as an Assistant Professor and Principal at Oxford Public School from 2020 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role in academic administration and institutional development.

Before his tenure at Oxford Public School, Mr. Verma served as the Principal of Suditi Global Academy in Firozabad, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills from September 2016 to August 2019. He also served as an Exam Coordinator at Mount Litera Zee School in Baraut and as Principal at Shatabdi Group of Institutions in Mohiuddinpur, where he was instrumental in driving academic excellence and fostering a conducive learning environment.
